There is much anger, frustration, and exasperation over the increase of tensions among the ethnic groups lately. Much of it expressed by various " experts", mainly talking heads, who for various reasons attempt to frame all of it in terms of tribes or identity focused groups. As any detective to solve a crime and the first thing that he would do is ask, "what is the motive, means and opportunity for the event (crime) to take place. So far, I haven't heard much more that "its because this is what these people do." That too simplistic and doesn't explain anything in any rational context in my view.
I was listening to this new voice (to me) share his conclusions. They make a lot more sense that just pointing a finger at a random lot of people. This is what Benjamin Dixon thinks is the core reason and I agree with him mostly.
